Seems well made. It fit perfectly in combination with the E-Autogrilles Windshield Mounting Brackets for 52" LED Lights for 07-17 Jeep Wrangler JK. I had to purchase two small M6 hex heads from Ace Hardware for mounting, as no hardware came with mine.It comes with approx 12" lead of 14gauge wire. With the wire on the driver's side, the wiring comes out at the top rear of the light bar.I put an ammeter in line with a 12 volt battery and it was right at 10 amps, so I don't think you would require a relay. (amps x volts = watts)14 gauge wire is rated for 15amps up to a 20' run. I recommend a 15 amp fuse between the battery and the switch.Obviously, all that information changes if you were to run this light bar at more than 12 volts. The box says 10-30 volts, so it would be much brighter if you ran two 12 volt batteries in series. (240 watts!)I am concerned about water getting into it after reading other reviews. I might put clear silicon where the face and back come together in attempt to prevent water issues. Very bright, the inner section is focused into a spot, the two outer portions are floodlights.When mounted to the jeep, the lightbar made a loud whistle between 30 and 50 MPH. I simply angled the lights down a little bit toward the street and the whistle stopped.
